EGC is the first in KSA-Eastern Province as a natural gas service provider since 2005. The standards / specifications and systems to handle NG were put in place with continues improvements by national competent Saudis.
EHSS Priority
In 2021, EGC reached around 720,000 total direct safe man hours and more than 1,250,000 total safe man hours (direct and in-direct).
Easy Billing
The customer is charged against the actual consumed quantity of NG and billing is done in a monthly basis based on customers actual meter readings, No Additional Operation & Maintenance fees. The daily bills, settlements and reconciliation are also avoided as the customer is billed once a month.
Customer Support / Satisfaction For 24/7
Round-the-clock customer support is assured in 24 hrs backed by control room (SCADA), which is manned by competent engineers and trained technicians. Thus complaints, (if any) are promptly attended.
E-Services Availability
The company provides electronic services where new and/or existing customer(s) can request for gas supply via online for company to review/assess and provide natural gas within short period after signing the sales agreement with the customer(s).
